T-shaped chair, height-adjustable, №3-6, flat-oval tube, with HPL coating

The chair consists of wooden and metal parts.
Wooden  parts represent themselves the seat and the seat back which are made  of sloping-glued plywood of 8-9 mm thickness and are covered with HPL  plastic of 0,4-0,5 mm thickness. The edges of the seat and the seat back  have a radius of rounding to prevent injury.
Metal parts of the chair are made of  flat-oval tubes of 50х30х1,2 mm, 38х20х1,2 mm, 30х15х1,2 mm. Painting  of the frame is implemented with the help of polymeric powder  paint,  resistant to scratches. In the places of height adjustment there is a  polyurethane transition sleeve, which ensures smoothness of adjustment,  eliminates creaking and scratches while height  adjustment.
Height  adjustment is imlemented through end-to-end nut-screw stitching with  fixation of cover nut inside the tube for impossibility of unscrew in  the course of  shattering. Plastic caps are fixed at the ends of the  frame  to prevent injury to students and damage to the floor. Fixation  of seats and seat backs to the frame of the chair is implemented with  the help of screws of special mushroom-type form and nuts of rounded  form, which prevent injury and damage to the clothes. On  the lower part of metal frame there is hole through which a marking of  height groups can be seen while adjusting the height of the chair. Color  marking in accordance to the height groups is applied in the form of  the circle of not less than 10 mm. Also the scale of marking of height  groups is applied on the metal frame with the help of laser engraving.
Frame color: green (RAL6018), grey (RAL7035), yellow (RAL1018).
HPL color: beech, milky oak, jasmine, blue, grey.
Possible combinations of frame and HPL:
- yellow frame - HPL beech, milky oak, jasmine, blue, grey;
- grey frame - HPL beech, milky oak, grey;
- green frame - HPL beech, milky oak, grey.
