Transforming table (sandbox) with backlight is intended for:
- sand animation - drawing with sand on an illumated surface;
- color therapy - painting using colored quartz sand;
- modeling from kinetic sand.
The table is equipped with a cover, which turns it into a full-fledged children's table and provides the opportunity to additionally use it for writing, drawing, painting. Metal legs make it possible to adjust the height of the table according to the height of the child. The legs are made of round metal tubes with a diameter of 32 mm and 25 mm.  The coating on the metal legs of the table is applied by means of spraying of powdered polymeric materials. The light surface is made of strong milk-colored plexiglass, resistant to breakage, which is installed in grooves. The surface is illuminated with the help of LED strip with a safe voltage of 12V. It is possible to change the colors of the backlight using the remote control. The body of the table is made of laminated chipboard of 16 mm thickness. The edges of all body elements are finished with PVC edge tape of 1 mm thickness. Plastic tips are attached to the ends of the legs to prevent injuries to children and damage to the floor. The side surface of the table is covered with photo print. When photo printing is applied, special inks are used, which harden under the action of special ultraviolet lamps. The painting itself is also coated with varnish to increase its resistance to external damage, abrasion and wet cleaning.
